Your phone service is provided to you using a dedicated server, with no other clients on it. Your server is given the address [prefix].amicusvoice.net, where [prefix] is a two- or three-letter prefix given to you when your service began.
You can login as any of three types of accounts:
Client Administrator
This user will have access to administrative functions and, if applicable, their own voicemail box. You or one of your user will be designated a client administrator for your server. You or this person should schedule a time with Amicus Voice to be given a walk through of some of the basic administrative functions available to them.
User
Users with voicemail will see only their voicemail, call history and fax devices (if assigned to their extension).
Extension Only
Users with non-voicemail extensions will see only their call history along with call recordings (when this feature us used).
