Individuals' greetings can be done by end users by dialing the voicemail system from your phone or softphone and pressing 0 for voicemail options.
Auto attendant recordings can only be uploaded and put in place by either Amicus Voice, or by a designated admin on your server.
If your call routing includes an autoattendant or “call tree” and you need to get a recording uploaded for it, then either record your own voice with the voice memo app on your smartphone, or use a online professional voice talent service such as VoiceBunny.
