Support and Changes to Service


1. Your IT admin should be designated an administrator on your private server. This account can log in and perform an number of configurations and adjustments. Someone on your team should become familiar with how your server works, and act as first line of support for any routine questions or issues that may arise, such as as password resets, voicemail PIN changes, and simple call routing changes.


2. Basic configuration and support questions can be emailed to help@amicusvoice.net or by opening a new support ticket above.


3. Urgent issues can be brought to the attention of support by calling 281-915-9929.

Service Cancellation


Amicus Voice is a month-to-month service, with no obligation. Cancelling your service requires only an email specifying a cancellation date, with at least 15 days’ notice. If you are porting out your phone number, do not cancel your service before you have a guaranteed port-out date. Otherwise, you risk losing your phone number.


While federal law allows you to port out your number regardless of any money owed to a phone provider, once your account is terminated due to nonpayment, your phone number may be released to the general pool and may not be recoverable.
