Sometimes a phone, just like a computer, may get stuck or freeze and be unresponsive to commands or keys. This does not affect incoming calls; these will still go to voicemail if the physical phone to which the extension is assigned is unresponsive.


1. Pull the power cable to the phone and then plug it back in. The phone will -reregister itself to the server within 3 minutes.

2. If power cycling the phone does not work, you may need to reset the phone and then have it reconfigured. Contact your IT support person for assistance with this process.
