Check the legality of recording calls in your state. For example, Texas (as of Dec 2019) remains a “One-Party State”, requiring only one party to consent to the recording.
Dynamic Call Recording
During a call, press *3 (Neither your nor the other party should hear anything).
After the call, log in to your extension at [your prefix].amicusvoice.net
Click Portal / Configure / CDR
In the list of calls, look for and click the play button to either listen to or download the recording
