By default, voicemails are sent as attachments along with transcripts to the email address on file for that extension. If this needs to go to multiple people, such as with a shared voicemail box, then use a group email address or distribution list address.
Note: If you require HIPAA compliant VoIP service, this feature is not available And will be deactivated.
By Phone
From your extension or softphone, dial * 9 7 (or 5 0 on some systems) and enter your voicemail PIN.
By Web Browser
Log into your extension at [your prefix].amicusvoice.net
Click Portal / Configure / Voicemail
